Project Highlights

JMM Consulting has been supporting Sheng Siong on the refrigeration system design for our warehousing and distribution centre project. Leveraging their deep refrigeration expertise, they proposed a unique, integrated, zone-based refrigeration architecture combining NH₃ for automated zones, CO₂ for occupied areas, and glycol loops for processing zones. This approach is well aligned with our objectives on energy efficiency, ESG performance, and workforce safety, and provides a strong technical foundation as the project progresses.

JMM Consulting Services supported us with a comprehensive review of our NH₃ refrigeration system, covering system health, safety considerations, business continuity planning and energy efficiency. The assessment was conducted in a professional and systematic manner, providing useful insights that strengthened operational reliability and highlighted areas for potential energy and emissions improvements. In parallel, their energy audit and measurement & verification work identified practical optimization measures, resulting in tangible energy savings and improved system performance.
